Harold Saul is a shareholder in the Tampa office, a member of the firm’s Executive Board and Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group. Throughout his career, Harold has defended many claims involving extensive personal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or businesses and wrongful death. He has handled complex litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as, class actions, admiralty and pharmaceutical claims. Harold, a seasoned litigator, has tried well over 100 cases to verdict. He puts this vast experience to use by often presenting to claims professionals and other colleagues on topics related to the complex issues he has handled over the years – he is certified by the State of Florida as a Continuing Education Instructor.

Harold is on the Construction Committee of the DRI and is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.

In addition to his professional memberships, Harold, a kidney transplant recipient, is actively involved with various kidney organizations focusing on educating patients, legislators and the general public about kidney disease and organ transplants. He previously served as a board member with the PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation, Inc. and the National Kidney Foundation of Florida for which he served as President from 1995 through 1997. Harold epitomizes the reality that productive life continues after a transplant.
