Mr. Prusak is a shareholder in the Orlando office and practices in various areas of defense with an emphasis on trial litigation. His reputation is such that he was recently inducted by nomination into the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA).

Over the past 23 years, Mr. Prusak has developed considerable experience as a trial lawyer and a reputation as an aggressive litigator. He has a particular expertise in the area of premises liability, however, handles all types of cases that involve complex litigation for clients throughout Central Florida. For the past 11 years, Mr. Prusak has put his experience and knowledge to use by presenting seminars to a wide variety of clientele. The presentations have covered premises liability, products liability and general negligence, to name a few.

Although born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Mr. Prusak has resided in the State of Florida for the past 26 years, primarily in Miami. He relocated to Orlando in 2006 to assist with the operation of Kubicki Draper's Central Florida office. He resides in Orlando with his wife, Therese and children, Ryan and Kayla. When not working, Mr. Prusak is active as a coach with the YMCA Youth Sport Leagues and is involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
