Over 35 years of practice, Mr. Murphy has been involved with all areas of personal injury defense, including primarily product liability, medical malpractice, and complex general liability claims. A great many of these cases have involved claims of significant injury and wrongful death.  Mr. Murphy has tried well in excess of 200 cases over the years of his practice. Insurance carriers who he has represented during this time include CNA, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Zurich Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company, and Travelers Insurance Company. Mr. Murphy has presented numerous seminars to the firm’s insurance clients regarding the major issues in litigation, as well as seminars with respect to tort reform in Florida and changes in the law bearing on the type of claims handled by the firm’s insurance clients.
