Nicole L. Wulwick is an associate in the firm's Miami office. She focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, hospitality law, negligent security law and maritime law. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ms. Wulwick practiced maritime law, handling personal injury and wrongful death cases.  

Ms. Wulwick was born in Plano, Texas. In 2007, she received Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Sociology and French and Francophone Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. While at the University of Michigan, Ms. Wulwick spent a semester studying at the La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

In 2010, Ms. Wulwick received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law. During law school, she gained valuable experience clerking for the honorable Magistrate John O' Sullivan in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Ms. Wulwick was also a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney.
