Ms. Feld is an associate in the West Palm Beach office. She is a graduate of Emory University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining the West Palm Beach office in 2011, Ms. Feld clerked for the Honorable Scott J. Silverman at the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and was a summer associate at Kubicki Draper.
Ms. Feld developed her legal acumen through her passion for trial work and her many accomplishments in legal drafting and oral advocacy. Ms. Feld was an executive board member of the Florida Moot Court Team, where she represented the Southeast Region as a Finalist in the National Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. She was Galleys Editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Awarded the Yegelwel Fellowship, Ms. Feld published a memo, Cyberlaw and Florida Hate Crimes for the Anti-Defamation League annual publication in November, 2009. She completed her second publication in 2011, Over-exposed? TSA Scanners and the Fourth Amendment Right to Privacy for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Ms. Feld was awarded a book award for her excellence in academic course work in Legal and Medical Aspects of the Doctor-Patient Relationship. Dedicated to volunteer work, Ms. Feld earned the highest Pro Bono Certificate for her assistance in tax preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Association at the Levin College of Law.
