Ms. Perez joined Kubicki Draper’s Tampa Office in September of 2010. Her practice includes construction defects, premises liability, automobile accidents, commercial law, product’s liability, and first party property. Ms. Perez is also experienced in Federal practice having litigated in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ms. Perez graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a bachelor’s degree in business law and a minor in French language. She continued her education at Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law graduating Cum Laude. In law school, Ms. Perez was awarded a national honor for excellence in oral advocacy that has proven true in her practice at Kubicki Draper. Ms. Perez has successfully argued numerous motions for summary judgment and obtained favorable verdicts at trial.
