Mr. Nejad is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He specializes in all aspects of insurance defense, including products liability, medical malpractice and associated tort defense matters.
Mr. Nejad was raised in McLean, Virginia, an immediate suburb outside of Washington D.C. He received his B.A. from James Madison University, where he graduated with honors and earned a double major in Political Science and Psychology. Mr. Nejad received his J.D. from The University of Richmond School of Law. Before joining Kubicki Draper, he spent 3 years at a general civil practice defense firm in Richmond, Virginia.
