Mr. Saltarelli has extensive insurance defense experience. He has tried over 75 cases to verdict both as an Assistant State Attorney and as an insurance defense attorney. He presented cases in courtrooms in over eight counties to include Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, Jefferson, and Polk. Mr. Saltarelli has been qualified by Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, and Hardee County Circuit and County Judges as an expert in the area of attorney fees. He has lectured on trial advocacy skills and judged Stetson University Law School and Cumberland School of Law trial teams.
