Mr. Clarke has practiced for 14 years, concentrating in civil appeals and insurance coverage litigation. He has handled over 100 appeals and appears in all five of Florida's District Courts of Appeal as well as the Supreme Court of Florida. His cases involve a wide range of substantive topics of statewide importance.
Additionally, Mr. Clarke handles a broad range of insurance coverage disputes at the trial and appellate levels. He also provides trial support in cases involving complex issues and significant exposure. While appellate and coverage matters are the focus of his practice, Mr. Clarke also remains active in litigation of varied defense matters in order to keep the unique perspective of trial counsel.
For the past three years, Mr. Clarke has been a member of the Editorial Board of the Trial Advocate Quarterly, the publication of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He has authored several articles appearing in that publication.
