Mr. Pena is a shareholder in our Ft. Lauderdale office and handles a variety of insurance litigation matters including automobile, trucking, wrongful death and personal injury negligence claims, employment practices, premises liability and workers compensation and Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act cases. Mr. Pena is AV rated and has conducted training on behalf of employers intended to limit potential liabilities in employment practices and workers compensation. He recently spoke at the Annual Florida Workers' Compensation Educational Conference on medical and managed care issues.
