Michelle Krone is a Board Certified Construction Lawyer who practices exclusively in the area of construction defect litigation and construction related issues in the State of Florida. Ms. Krone's experience includes representation of owners, contractors, subcontractor and design professionals in a variety of construction related litigation, transactional, construction related products liability, and disciplinary matters. Ms. Krone has been involved in several complex construction litigation matters over the years and has represented a variety of trades and design professionals including excavation and groundwork, masonry, windows, stucco, roofing, hvac, shell/slab, professional engineers and design/builders. Ms. Krone is also involved in representing contractors and suppliers in Chinese drywall litigation. During her experience in construction law, Ms. Krone has participated in multi-party arbitrations and mediations and has lectured at continuing education seminars related to construction matters. Ms. Krone is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (B.A. 1996) and St. Thomas University School of Law (J.D. 1999). Ms. Krone is a member of DRI, Defense Research Institute and the Florida Bar Real Property/Construction Law Section.
