Mr. Walsh handles a variety of insurance litigation matters from complex litigation including trial work, and day to day management of the files. Mr. Walsh is proficient at aggressively and tactically defending matters from general litigation to high exposure cases including construction defect litigation. During his years at Kubicki Draper Mr. Walsh has developed a broad based knowledge in defending and handling insurance litigation claims. Mr. Walsh is a certified CEU instructor and performs seminars on various insurance defense topics and trends.
