Mr. Prusak practices in the area of insurance defense with an emphasis on trial litigation and has developed a particular expertise in the area of premises liability claims. He has participated in premises liability, products liability and general negligence seminars during the past seven years for a wide variety of insurance clientele. One of his proudest moments as a lawyer came in 1991 when his parents were present at a trial and watched him obtain a defense verdict from the jury on a significant injury claim.
