Josh Polsky joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Kubicki Draper in 2009 after clerking within the firm throughout his law school career. He focuses his practice in all aspects of insurance defense, including automobile negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and professional liability.
Mr. Polsky was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with honors and focused his studies in Psychology and Business Management. While attending the University of Central Florida, Mr. Polsky had the privilege of working on the 2004 Presidential Campaign after serving as a Congressional Aide within the United States Senate. Following his undergraduate career, Mr. Polsky earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, graduating in the top 15% of his class while serving as a Board Member of the Moot Court Society. Mr. Polsky remains dedicated to the success of Nova Law by devoting his time as a judge at the semi-annual Moot Court competitions.
