Darren Odesnik joined the West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper in 2009 after graduating from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. He focuses his practice in all aspects of insurance defense, including automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, and bad faith claims.
Mr. Odesnik was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and he has lived in South Florida since the age of six. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude. While attending the University of Florida, Mr. Odesnik was the treasurer of his fraternity, Phi Kappa Tau, and was the Director of Service for Florida Blue Key. Following his undergraduate career, Mr. Odesnik earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, graduating in the top 7% of his class while serving as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review. In his spare time Mr. Odesnik enjoys practicing mixed martial arts, and playing golf and tennis.
