Francesca Ippolito-Craven is a shareholder in the Miami office of Kubicki Draper. She focuses her practice in the areas of lodging and food establishment law, negligent security law, premises liability, event sponsorship law, liquor liability, construction defect/accident, products liability, toxic and hazardous substances, condominium law, catastrophic injuries and mass tort litigation. Throughout her career, she has served as a lecturer for insurance companies throughout the United States, and has written articles on a variety of legal issues. She is also co-author of the Florida section of the Tort Law Desk Reference a Fifty-State Compendium, 2010 Edition.
Ms. Ippolito-Craven earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and business from Florida State University, and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for the United Nations and the International Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Ippolito-Craven is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all the Courts of this State. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
