Steve Cozart is a shareholder in the Pensacola office. He is a native of Jay, Florida, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. Steve received his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was the Comment Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.
Steve has spent most his career representing insurance companies and their insureds. He handles all types of personal injury claims, including automobile liability and premises liability. He also practices municipal liability law and commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi, and he maintains an active practice in all three states.
Steve currently resides in Gulf Breeze, FL, with his wife, Amy, and their three sons, Jake, Charlie and Ben. He remains active in the community by serving as the Chairman of the Santa Rosa County Emergency Services Advisory Committee and as the attorney for the Town of Jay, Florida.
