In 2008, Scott Rosso joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Kubicki Draper. His practice specializes in all aspects of insurance defense with a primary focus in premises liability, automobile accidents, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Rosso was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He relocated to Florida where he studied law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Upon graduation, Mr. Rosso accepted a position as a State Attorney in Broward County, FL. His tenure with the State Attorney's office provided him with valuable litigation tools, specifically the ability to argue motions, successfully resolve cases through negotiation, and when necessary bring those cases to trial.
After completing his commitment with the State Attorney's Office, resigning as a Lead Felony Prosecutor, Mr. Rosso started his own firm with several colleagues. Scott handled commercial, insurance, and criminal defense files for his firm.
