Mr. Baumberger, a shareholder in the Miami office, has extensive experience in complex Federal and State Court litigation in several areas of the law including professional liability, commercial/corporate disputes, products liability, bad faith litigation, as well as, premises and automotive liability.  He also has extensive experience in construction defect litigation, representing numerous developers in South Florida on significant development projects.

Since graduating from law school in 1997, Mr. Baumberger has devoted his entire career to trial work, and his representations vary from individuals to national and multinational corporations. His practice of law centers on delivering thoughtful, efficient, and strategic representation to all clients with an understanding that each client's interests in any given case are unique.

Mr. Baumberger, an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has successfully tried a wide range of cases across the State of Florida, from Orlando to Key West, Mr. Baumberger credits his proven trial record to thorough preparation and an adherence to his belief that trial preparation must begin at the onset of every representation.
