Ms. Remy-Estorino practices with firm's Miami office, focusing on the areas of premises liability, automotive/trucking, construction law, products liability, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. Her bilingual capabilities allow her to easily work with both English and Spanish speaking clients.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ms. Remy-Estorino handled various civil litigation cases, including individual and class actions, in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, commercial disputes, and aviation. Ms. Remy-Estorino also practiced appellate law, writing appellate briefs and petitions and arguing before the Third District Court of Appeal.
While in law school, Ms. Remy-Estorino won accolades in three moot court competitions for her superb brief writing and oral advocacy skills - The Wechsler National First Amendment Competition in Washington D.C. (Runner-up Trophy), the National Moot Court Competition in Atlanta, Georgia (Regional Runner-up and Runner-up Brief) and the FIU Intramural Appellate Advocacy Competition (Runner-up Team and Best Brief Trophy). Ms. Remy-Estorino earned her law degree in 2005 from Florida International University College of Law, and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2001 from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
