In 2008, Scott Rosso joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Kubicki Draper. His practice specializes in all aspects of insurance defense with a primary focus in first party property losses, premises liability and automobile negligence. Scott lends his skills to two of the firm's practice groups: First Party & Hospitality & Retail.
Scott was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He relocated to Florida where he studied law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Upon graduation, Scott accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, FL. His tenure with the State Attorney's office provided him with valuable litigation tools, specifically the ability to argue motions, successfully resolve cases through negotiation, and when necessary bring those cases to trial.
After completing his commitment with the State Attorney's Office, resigning as a Lead Felony Prosecutor, and trying over 40 jury cases, Scott started his own firm with several colleagues. He handled insurance, commercial, and criminal defense files for his firm.
In 1963, Gene Kubicki founded the firm based on dedication to excellence. The same high standards have been maintained for over five decades -- years which have seen the firm’s ranks swell to over 100 attorneys.
Our team knows return clients are the life blood of any law firm and this is why we ensure client satisfaction by an exacting attention to service and quality. Client service coupled with a spectacular work ethic, makes our team hard to beat... Literally!
