Raquel Loret de Mola handles complex Federal and State Court litigation matters in various areas of the law, including construction, commercial/corporate disputes, professional liability, insurance coverage, products liability, and premises liability. She also has extensive experience handling a variety of admiralty and maritime claims in arbitration, as well as in Federal and State Court. This includes claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, and medical negligence.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, she completed her undergraduate studies in History at the University of Central Florida. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as an editor of the Business Law Review.
