We were defense counsel for a Fortune 500 company, which, for many years, was a principal defendant in both state and federal court asbestos litigation claims. That defense involved handling, on an ongoing basis, a caseload of 400 to 500 claims in a suit with a monthly trial docket. Our experienced toxic tort litigators at Kubicki Draper were able, with consistently favorable results, to simultaneously defend several cases on an expedited state court trial docket.
