Peter Baumberger has extensive experience in complex Federal and State Court litigation in several areas of the law including professional liability, commercial/corporate disputes, insurance coverage, products liability, as well as, premises and automotive/trucking liability. He also has extensive experience in construction litigation, representing numerous developers and contractors in South Florida on significant development projects. Peter also has significant class action litigation experience. One of his most recent notable accomplishments in class action litigation was the defeat of a 30 million dollar class action lawsuit following a class action certification trial. The Court’s Order denying class certification is now a published opinion on Westlaw.
