Karina Perez is an aggressive litigator who maintains a diverse civil defense practice including first party coverage claims, catastrophic workplace accidents, contracts and commercial disputes, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Karina is also experienced in federal practice having litigated in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
When it comes to her clients, Karina is known to be very responsive and has the ability to think outside-the-box to meet each clients' unique needs. Karina works with each client to identify their litigation goals and how best to achieve those goals as a team while understanding the associated risks and costs.
Before joining Kubicki Draper, Karina graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a bachelor's degree in business law and minor in French language. She continued her education at Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. In law school, Karina was awarded a national honor for excellence in oral advocacy that has proven true in her practice at Kubicki Draper. Karina has successfully argued numerous complex trial motions and obtained favorable verdicts at trial.
