Joshua Rice specializes in Personal Injury Protection; he focuses his practice defending insurers in suits involving coverage disputes, breach of contract claims, and declaratory actions. Joshua attended William & Mary Law School and the University of Miami for undergraduate education, earning a BSC in advertising and graduating magna cum laude.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua practiced criminal law as a prosecutor, where he handled thousands of cases through every stage of litigation, including arraignment, trial, and appeal. In law school, Joshua worked for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the City of Hollywood. Joshua also worked for William & Mary Law School’s Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, where he appealed denials of medical benefits to United States military veterans.
