Jonathan Aihie focuses his practice on first party property personal and commercial matters as well as auto and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida where he prosecuted various misdemeanor crimes. During his tenure with the State Attorney’s office, Jonathan honed his courtroom skills by trying numerous jury trials and bench trials.
Jonathan graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio in 2016 where he was an Associate Editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal. While in law school, Jonathan clerked at the Eighth District Court of Appeals in Cleveland, Ohio, drafting opinions for both civil and criminal appeals. He also served as Certified Legal Intern in his school’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where he won a large judgment for his client in a home-repair dispute.
Prior to attending law school, Jonathan taught high school Chemistry through the Teach For America Program in Miami, Florida. He focused on goal-oriented instruction that increased student learning and exam proficiency. Jonathan’s background as a teacher, clerk and intern has taught him the importance of being organized and resourceful. More importantly, he has learned that what he does for his clients directly impacts them -- this is why he takes pride in listening to his clients’ needs and communicating strategies and solutions effectively.
