Jason S. Stewart is a litigation attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in high exposure matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida. The broad spectrum of Jason's areas of practice include premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, business tort litigation, commercial contract litigation, bad faith litigation, and products liability. Jason works out of the firm's Fort Lauderdale office.
Jason was selected by The National Black Lawyers as a member of the "Top 40 Under 40" for the State of Florida in 2016 and 2017. This annual award recognizes attorneys under 40 who have demonstrated superior leadership, reputation, and influence within the legal community.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Jason received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Duke University. Jason earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and received book awards for the highest grades in Trial Advocacy Practice and Sales & International Transactions. While in law school, Jason served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David M. Gersten of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal. He also served as a legal intern at Broward County Attorney's office, assisting the civil litigation and appellate divisions.
