Hillary H. Lovelady focuses her practice on Fraud / SIU / EUO, Insurance Coverage and Personal Injury Protection (PIP). She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida in the Spring of 2008, followed by her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in the Fall of 2011. While in law school, she was involved in the leadership of the Family Law Association and spent a semester representing clients in the family law clinic.
Following law school, Hillary was offered a position in a small insurance defense firm in South Florida, which primarily handled first party property claims. Seeking more trial and mediation experience, she took the opportunity to serve as an AmeriCorps attorney at Legal Services of North Florida. Hillary had the opportunity to represent landlord-tenant clients in small claims court, employment claims in front of administration judges, and a successful appeal to the circuit court. At the end of her service year, Hillary returned to insurance defense, and has since practiced extensively in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes and bodily injury cases.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
