Francesca practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on premise liability, motor vehicle, commercial dramshop, and assault and battery matters. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper as an Associate, Francesca was a Summer Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Born in La Serena, Chile, Francesca moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a child. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During her time at FAU, she was a member of the Advanced Diplomacy Program and competed in the National Model United Nations Conference in New York City, New York.
She obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Francesca interned at the Fourth District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida under the Honorable Judge Melanie G. May. Additionally, Francesca was an active member of the Moot Court Society and National Trial Association. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 2017 and was a NSU Law Pro Bono Bronze Medal Award Recipient.
