Cristina Paneque focuses her practice on personal and commercial first party property and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the areas of general civil liability, vehicle negligence, security negligence and premises liability.
Cristina received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. While in law school, Cristina clerked for the Honorable Judge Victoria Sigler in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and at firms in both Miami and Boston. During her second year, she gained valuable experience as an intern in Boston College Law’s Innocence Project and as the secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association. During her final semester, Cristina interned for the United Nations at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.
Cristina is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish.
