Cassandra Hernandez earned two Bachelor degrees from Florida State University and went on to earn her J.D. from Barry University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.
While in school, Cassandra was involved in community service organizations and became a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Alpha Gamma Delta. She is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the Orlando Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division within the Orlando Bar Association and the Polk County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper’s Orlando office, Cassandra served as a public defender in the 10th Judicial Circuit representing clients in both Polk and Highlands County. During her tenure as a public defender, Cassandra honed her skills in both service to clients and jury trial practice. In 2016, Cassandra moved her practice to civil defense and is now exclusively handling PIP litigation.
