Laurie Adams and other KD Members participate in JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes
Laurie Adams, of the West Palm Beach office, along with family, friends and other KD members, participated in the JDRF’s Walk to Cure Diabetes in March 2012. JDRF focuses on contributing to research that will help improve the lives of all affected by Type I Diabetes. Thanks, in part, to Kubicki Draper’s donation, Laurie’s son’s team, Ryan's Raiders, was the third highest fundraiser at the walk.
JDRF is the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Driven by passionate, grassroots volunteers connected to children, adolescents, and adults with this disease, JDRF is now the largest charitable supporter of T1D research. The goal of JDRF research is to improve the lives of all people affected by T1D by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners who share this goal. |
