Most people do not associate the legal profession with creativity, but Brian enjoys finding unique solutions and fresh perspectives. Whether he’s in the courtroom or advising his clients, Brian finds new and innovative ways to communicate and explain complex legal issues to others. Brian has honed his courtroom skills through years of trial practice, giving his clients confidence that their cases will be adeptly handled. Each case has a unique definition of “success” and Brian has the knowledge and experience to guide his clients to a successful outcome.
Brian was born in Annapolis, Maryland and having grown up in a military family, has lived throughout the United States. Brian attended Whitehall-Yearling High School in Whitehall, Ohio and graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a degree in Health Care Administration.
After graduating from Kent State, Brian attended law school at the Florida State University College of Law. During his second and third years of law school, Brian interned with the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit. Upon graduation, Brian joined the Office of the State Attorney and tried cases in the juvenile, traffic, misdemeanor, and felony divisions. As an Assistant State Attorney, Brian prosecuted over 60 jury trials and had the most trials in the Second Judicial Circuit in 2010.
