Ariella Gutman practices in the firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on corporate, contractual, development, litigation, construction, risk management and security legal matters for a wide variety of retail brands/establishments, concierge companies, concert and sports venues, convention centers, cosmetic and medical spas, health clubs and gyms, lodging establishments and condominiums, nightclubs and bars, pool and beach management companies, restaurants and valet companies. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ariella practiced complex commercial litigation and appeals involving real estate transactions, construction projects, commercial lending relationships and corporate/partnership relations.
Born and raised in South Florida, Ariella graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Journalism and Communication. At University of Florida, Ariella played an active role in the Student Government Association as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the Student Body from 2009-2010.
In 2011, Ariella received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Ariella clerked for the Honorable Richard D. Eade at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit for Broward County, Florida. Additionally, Ariella interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in the Economic and Environmental Crimes Division.
