Rosemarie manages the business operation of our practice. She oversees all our offices statewide, and directs the supervisory staff who carry out the firm’s day-to-day operations. She is responsible for developing organizational and business goals, as well as, establishing and implementing administrative policies.

Aileen is the Assistant to Gene Kubicki, but also serves the firm in various other capacities. Clients call Aileen when they have a new assignment or questions about the firm and our procedures. Clients also contact Aileen to assist with billing and accounting matters. When a client anticipates doing an audit of the firm, they generally contact Aileen to accommodate them with their arrangements. Aileen serves the firm as a valued member of our administrative staff.

Juan oversees the coordination and administration of all personnel matters. He is responsible for hiring support staff in all of our offices statewide. Juan also provides orientation training in firm procedures to all attorney and non-attorney personnel when they are hired.

Accounting and Billing Supervisor

Marlene is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the firm and oversees all aspects of the firm’s billing and accounting departments which operate out of our main office in Miami. She coordinates the electronic billing systems selected by various clients and incorporates the guidelines into these networks. She also assists the firm and clients when audits are performed or billing questions arise.

As Director of Information Technologies and Computer Systems, Erick has overall responsibility for planning, managing and directing the technology and communication system of the firm. He reviews new products and systems, as well as, applications development and training. Erick supervises the staff responsible for the operation and maintenance of all computers used in the firm.
