Ms. Degnan is a Board Certified Appellate Attorney who handles all aspects of appellate practice and appears before every Florida appellate court, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and before numerous state and federal trial courts throughout Florida.  Before joining Kubicki Draper, Ms. Degnan spent seven years working in an appellate practice law firm, where she handled over a hundred appeals in virtually every area of civil practice. 

Currently, Ms. Degnan handles appeals for the firm in a wide variety of practice areas, including tort liability, product liability, professional liability; as well as a variety of insurance issues including insurance coverage and policy interpretation issues.  In addition to handling appeals and providing insurance coverage analysis, Ms. Degnan also provides litigation support to the firm's attorneys.
