Sean-Kelly Xenakis Tampa
Mr. Xenakis began his legal career in 1999 with the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office prosecuting criminals for the State of Florida. While an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Xenakis had the good fortune of trying more than 20 jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper in early 2005, Mr. Xenakis worked for a prominent Tampa Bay area law firm regarded as one of the oldest in the City of St. Petersburg. During that time, he continued trying cases while he worked in many areas of the law including: personal injury, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, commercial litigation, criminal law, family law, and real estate; all of which left him well equipped to perform at his best as an insurance defense attorney for Kubicki Draper. Mr. Xenakis was born and raised in the northeast section of the State of Pennsylvania near the Pocono Mountains where the majority of his family still resides. Although he enjoys visiting that area of the country as often as possible, he has set up roots in the Tampa Bay area by marrying a native Floridian, Christina, who is also an attorney. They each look forward to raising their family in the Tampa Bay area.
