As a trial lawyer, Mr. Diaz specializes in the areas of complex litigation, product liability, medical & healthcare malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and aviation liability. He chose these areas because he enjoys dealing with complex issues and developing appropriate strategies for a successful resolution of the issues. His proudest moments as an attorney involve seeing his clients' appreciation with the results of their case.
Mr. Diaz has written for the Business Law Review and he conducts two to three seminars each year on topics such as "Deposition Tactics," "Strategic Analysis of Complex Litigation Issues," "Defense Tactics for an Aggressive Offense," "Identification of Dangerous Discovery," and "Legal Issues in Medical Negligence and Nursing Homes."
Mr. Diaz is actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Children Home Society, and several other children's organizations. He also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem.
Mr. Diaz is married to a wonderful and supporting wife, Nina. He is also the proud father of four incredible children, Alexandra, Bryan, Nicole and David.
