Mr. Posgay is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who enjoys being in the courtroom.  He finds satisfaction in preventing people from receiving unreasonable monetary awards.  Mr. Posgay is an active participant in the Florida Bar's Justice Teaching Project and also serves as the Chairman of the HabiJax Committee for the Jacksonville Bar Association.  He has also been named in "Who's Who in American Law."  He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Automobile/Transportation Committee for the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and is active in the Jacksonville Rowing Club.  He is proud to be a shareholder of Kubicki Draper, where he enjoys working with the most intelligent and hard working attorneys in Florida.
