Jennifer A. Sullivan Tallahassee
Jennifer A. Sullivan received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Florida State University, and her Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Sullivan was a member of the William H. Stafford Tallahassee American Inn of Court and served as a law clerk for the Office of the City Attorney, City of Tallahassee. Ms. Sullivan became a member of the Florida Bar in 2003, and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition to her membership in the Florida Bar, Ms. Sullivan is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, and the Tallahassee Women Lawyers, which is a local chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ms. Sullivan practiced in Pensacola and Tallahassee representing both private litigants and governmental entities in various aspects of civil litigation including insurance defense, land use, mental health services defense, police liability defense, civil rights, and employment discrimination. Reported cases include Jenkins v. City of Tallahassee, 2006 WL 2190564 (N.D. Fla. August 1, 2006) and Johnson v. Wakulla County School Board, 2007 WL 1575296 (Fla. Cir. Ct. February 06, 2007). At Kubicki Draper, Ms. Sullivan practices in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, wrongful death, automobile, and employment discrimination.
