Mr. Dichek was born in Riverdale, New York. In 2001, he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Dichek was on the provost and deans list. He was an active member of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity participating in the VITA program and the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. After graduation, Mr. Dichek worked at AXA Advisors LLC as a financial planner specializing in tax and estate planning.
In 2002, Mr. Dichek began his legal studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. During Law School Mr. Dichek participated in the International Travel Journal as a Staff Editor and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Dichek was also certified as a Guardian Ad Litem by the Florida Supreme Court and was a Street Law instructor teaching children about the law.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Mr. Dichek worked at several other insurance defense firms. He has participated in 10 jury trials to verdict and has gained extensive litigation experience in his short career. Through his aggressive style, Mr. Dichek has been very successful in defending his clients. Mr. Dichek specializes in automobile, trucking, wrongful death, UM insurance defense, first party property damage and fraud, premises liability, product liability, environmental and veterinary medical malpractice and civil rights violations.
