Founder and managing partner of Kubicki Draper. Mr. Kubicki graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1954 and Notre Dame Law School in 1957. He began his career as an attorney in 1960 and specialized in medical malpractice, products liability and complex general litigation. Under his leadership and direction, the firm has grown dramatically over the years and now provides statewide service for its clients.
Mr. Kubicki has served on the Board of Trustees at Holy Cross College in South Bend, Indiana, and, since 1986, has been on the Advisory Council at the Notre Dame Law School. He served on the President's Development Committee at Notre Dame during three campaigns, the most recent of which exceeded its goal of one billion dollars by several hundred million. He acted as Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee at Epiphany Church in Miami which brought in over ten million dollars in contributions to build a new church. Mr. Kubicki is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, The American Board of Trial Advocates, The Defense Research Institute, The National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association and Trustee of The Greater Miami, Chamber of Commerce.
