Mrs. Bergin began her legal career in 1999 with the Orange/Osceola County State Attorney's Office prosecuting criminals for the State of Florida. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mrs. Bergin had the good fortune of trying more than 20 jury trials to verdict and more than 50 non-jury trials. In 2002, Mrs. Bergin focused her career on insurance defense and began gaining experience in the areas of personal injruy, products liability, commercial litigation and premises liability.
