Brad J. McCormick Miami
Mr. McCormick is a shareholder in Kubicki Draper's Miami office. He graduated from Columbia University in 1990 and St. Thomas University School of Law in 1993. Since joining Kubicki Draper in 1992, Mr. McCormick has received an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell; he has been identified as a "Florida Super Lawyer" in the area of Civil Defense Litigation Practice by Law and Politics magazine; and has been recognized in Florida Trend magazine as one of Florida's Legal Elite in the area of Civil Trial Practice. As a trial lawyer, Mr. McCormick specializes in complex litigation, construction defect, product liability, toxic and hazardous substances and catastrophic injury. His extensive experience and knowledge in both liability and insurance issues enable him to excel in the handling of complex and catastrophic claims and develop appropriate strategies for a successful resolution. Over his career, Brad has served as a lecturer for corporations and insurance companies throughout the United States on various areas of Florida law. He is active in The Florida Bar and frequently appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem and as an Arbitrator/Chair Person in fee hearings. Mr. McCormick comes from a family of lawyers. He is married to Cheryl and is the proud father of three boys, Brad Jr., Lucas and Gunnar.
